In the exhibition hall, the rooms were kind of like a big honeycomb, and in &#8220;my&#8221; room they&#8217;d painted the walls with the flower motif and cover drawing from <a href=\"https:\/\/ellenforney.com\/books.html\">Monkey Food<\/a>, and packed it with my original comic art. It was pretty overwhelming and lovely, the whole thing. The whole trip was a blast, actually.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image200\" alt=\"mofo_cover.gif\" src=\"https:\/\/ellenforney.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/03\/mofo_cover.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Paulo Patricio, one of the organizers, just interviewed me for his online mag, <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.mundofantasma.com\/\">Mundo Fantasma<\/a>, and you can read the interview <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.mundofantasma.com\/?p=809\">here<\/a>. It includes such thought-provoking gems as this:<\/p>\n<p>MF: What was the last place you went out for dinner? Did you followed the chef\u2019s suggestions?<\/p>\n<p>EF: Last night, sushi. The chef\u2019s suggestions? I\u2019m not sure what you mean.
