In keeping with my resolve to only post work-related entries, here is my new purchase as a cartoon character:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"vacuumdrawing.jpg\" id=\"image249\" src=\"https:\/\/ellenforney.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/05\/vacuumdrawing.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But the real reason I share this here is that I finally got to visit the wacky Vac Shop at 4th and Lucille, south of downtown. I&#8217;d driven by any number of times, but never got a good look at the folk art-y vacuums on its fence. (Note: although I got a great deal on my vacuum, including an armload of free vacuum bags, they didn&#8217;t even offer me one of their free bibles.
